If you've changed your mind and need to return an item for some reasons, please read the details below and contact us for assistance.

Returns Policy

Goods found to be faulty or do not meet the description, may be returned for a replacement or refund. Please include the tax invoice and contact us at contact@christiangifts.com.au to provide you with a returns form. Refunds for faulty items will be made to the same credit card that was charged for the original purchase or your bank account by direct transfer.

Special order item\s are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.
A special order item is an item showing “in stock at Supplier”. An item available in our warehouse is displayed as “in stock”. Special order items cannot be cancelled once you have placed an order as they have been ordered in good faith for you.

Shipment costs (initial and return shipping) are at the cost of the customer and are non-refundable.
